This Forum will be held in Istanbul, Turkey, from 13 to 15 April 2011. The forum will provide an open platform for exchanges and debates among postgraduate and doctoral students as well as young professionals engaged in research activities throughout the Mediterranean region.

Areas of expertise include: anthropology, sociology, history, geography, economics, law, international relations, political science, communication and media atudies, migration, security and cultural studies.

Applicants must be under 35 years of age and should submit their Curriculum Vitae together with an abstract of 500 to 700 words. Abstracts must be written in English and include an original contribution to the academic debate.
