An e-zine and virtual network for culture and arts education and research, created by the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in Istanbul - under the coordination of the Secretariat General for EU Affairs.
Funded by the European Union, the website is part of the City and Art Project. It includes articles, publications, announcements, a calendar of events and an online gallery, as well as a forum for members and groups to collaborate and exchange ideas.
