The workshop offers a complex programme for documentary producers and directors on how to manage a production company, develop their documentary projects in international co-productions and how independent production companies work in the European market. Three intensive 3-4 day residential workshops are offered over the year, combining plenary sessions, project analysis, and individual and group consultations. The whole year workshop ends with the Pitching Forum in Jihlava (Czech Republic) at the Jihlava International Documentary Film Festival.

For documentary film professionals who have decided to break the bounds of the limited local film market with projects geared towards the international film market. Participants are from Eastern and Central Europe and include established as well as independent producers and new directors. Participants engage in a year-long workshop where experienced producers, trainers, AV experts and TV commissioning editors help to develop projects, find financing and foreign partners to realise their films.
