Europe's leading cultural advocacy network, promoting arts and culture as a building block of the European project.
The mission of the network is to keep on providing EU cultural operators with a common arena in which they can reflect on the European project, identify their interests and organise their political representation with a long-term objective to strengthen the role of arts and culture in the development of Europe.
Founded in 1994 as a platform for cultural policy development in Europe and as a rallying point for cultural operators (former European Forum of Arts and Heritage), it is a forum for action and reflection, monitoring and feedback.
