Urban Cultural Profile Exchange Project in the 21st Century was created as a thematic network under the key action City of Tomorrow & Cultural Heritage of the EU 5th R&D framework programme.
It comprised public authorities, urban cultural practitioners, academic and research institutions and the networks EUROCITIES and ENCATC. The outcomes of the project, in the form of publications and other online resources, provide guidance in understanding, describing and identifying future challenges in the field of urban cultural policy.
