Características principales

"The concept of the project proposes a modern alternative to the classical, motionless, literary discourse of the exhibition, through multimedia digital technologies and through the transposition in eight European languages."

EuroLiteraTur also took place as an itinerant exhibition in Athens, Saragossa, Rome, Lodz and Prague, while the permanent exhibition is displayed at the National Museum of Romanian Literature. Outcomes of the project are also available in the form of DVD and Online Encyclopaedia.

The project included six collaborating institutions from six European countries, and was supported by 45 organisations from 13 countries.

Descripción del proyecto

The virtual encyclopaedia covers major stages of European literature: Antiquity, Middle Ages, Renaissance, Classicism and Baroque, Enlightenment, Romanticism, Realism, Naturalism, Parnassianism, Symbolism, Modern and Contemporary Literature.
