Catherine Fieschi is Director of Counterpoint, a think-tank for the British Council. During the Forum she participated in a session on major international partners, especially focused on cultural relations and cultural diplomacy. She exposes the outcomes of the session and shares her impressions about the Forum and its participants. She also discusses the issue of the so-called 'digital divide', emphasizing how online technologies are (among others) changing the landscape of cultural actors - a perspective similar to Converging Pathways to new knowledge.
