Benetton's research centre on communication offers scholarships for young artists under 25. Every year young artists are invited from all over the world to live at the Fabrica centre in Italy, working and researching in diverse fields including photography, design, music, video, writing, interactive ot visual communication in general. General expenses are covered by a grant that includes travel to and from from your country; accommodation in Treviso (to share with one or two Fabrica grant holders); lunch from Monday to Friday; monthly living expenses; and health insurance for the entire duration of the contract.

Aims to strengthen the Nordic identity by encouraging cooperation among organisations and groups focusing on projects for children and young people. Organisations and groups can apply for grants to hold seminars, training sessions, conferences, camps or create publications for young people and children. The third biggest savings bank in Norway, Sparebanken Vest has its own funding programme called VisjonVest, which supports cultural life in the western region of Norway, a cultural life that streches out over the national borders. 25% of the bank's profit is dedicated to these puroposes, giving a fund of 125 million Kroner, or about 16 million Euro in 2007.
