An international and informal networking and knowledge-exchange society whose core activities involve educational and awards programmes, as well as online activity and publishing (the journal Leonardo, the Leonardo Music Journal, Leonardo Electronic Almanac and the Leonardo Book Series). Its work is useful to artists, technologists, scientists, educators and students.

One of its features, is the Observatoire Leonardo des Arts et des Techno-Sciences (OLATS), based in France that serves the French speaking world.
