This report summarises the outcome of IFACCA’s 25th D’Art question, which was a collaboration between IFACCA and Arts Research Digest to produce an international literature review on arts and culture in regeneration to serve as background to the third World Summit on Arts and Culture, held in Newcastle/Gateshead, England, in June 2006.
