Drawn up by nearly 40 European organisations representing hundreds of thousands of cultural and creative actors from different fields, these recommendations are designed to be implemented by decision-makers at EU, national and local level. This will create the optimum conditions in Europe and ensure cultural and creative industries can deliver their full potential in cultural, economic and social terms.
