This paper draws upon experiences and materials collected within the Interchurch Organisation for Development Cooperation (ICCO) and literature readily available on networking for development.
Attention is focused on which networks of civil society actors to support and how in order to effectively enhance learning and innovation in development.
This paper is based upon the work of Arin van Zee and Paul Engel, both from the European Centre for Development Policy Management (ECDPM) on behalf of ICCO.
