In February 2008, the Creative Partnerships programme of the Arts Council England convened a seminar of experts to research the notion of creative learning. The resulting publication contains essays that lay out a series of challenges and contexts for the creative and education sectors.
Creative Partnerships is the government's flagship creative learning programme, designed to develop the skills of young people across England.
