Analysis of key skills of young professional circus artists

This second part of the Miroir project allows European Federation of Professional Circus Schools (FEDEC) to continue research on specific issues, such as the key skills acquired in professional schools and the occupational integration of the graduates and their mobility.

The publication focuses on:

Analysis of the results of both surveys, with a particular focus on the key skills acquired during training and the skills that were not, but are required in a professional context.
Suggestions from former students and professionals from the circus sector to improve vocational circus arts training.
General recommendations for the improvement of professional integration channels for graduates from all training institutions.
