Free Knowledge Institute (FKI)

An institute that promotes and fosters the free exchange of knowledge in all its forms in order to work towards a society where information technologies, educational materials and cultural and scientific works can be freely used, studied, modified, copied and distributed.

The institute's main activities are in the areas of technology, education, culture and science. The four main founding principles are: sharing knowledge, reciprocity, freedom, free software and open source. The objective is to provide equal access to welfare and collaborative creation and sharing of knowledge.
