The programme aims to nurture and develop excellence in leadership across the creative and cultural industries and to enhance diversity of current and future leaders. It works through six different strands: work-based opportunities; online learning resources; formal learning opportunities to gain leadership skills; emphasis on diversity; and best practice promotion for governing bodies in cultural organisations.
