Educated in Fine Arts at the University of Kansas, you could say that, from a design perspective, my native dialect is print. With the online revolution, I made the leap from paper to screen but have brought with me the discipline and attention to detail that are rare in a lot of interactive designers you see today.
I define myself as a universal designer. I combine the craftsmanship and aesthetic appeal of print design with the need for function, movement and three-dimensionality required in multimedia design.
I have 12 years of experience as a graphic/Web designer and in recent years as a project manager. Now, living in Amsterdam, I am freelancing for LabforCulture, painting in mostly acrylics and training to become a yoga instructor.
