ARAD UNDERGROUND THEATRE FESTIVAL 2010 ROMANIA

Priority will be given to the performances created by independent artists or theatre companies with the help of innovative and experimental technics and based on contemporary dramatic art. Maximum number of people for one theatre collective is 8 persons including technical staff. The possibility of the exceptions can be discussed with producers .

Application form should be sent before the 10th of February 2010. Incomplete forms and forms sent after this date won’t be accepted. Producers of the Arad-Fun Underground Theatre Festival will confirm receiving each application form. A contract with obligations of both parties will be sent to selected companies no later than one month before the start of the festival.        

The Arad House of Culture as the executive producer of The ARAD-FUN Underground Theatre Festival will support the accommodation, meals and fee for participants.            

Please note, that the organizers of the festival have the power to reduce the fee by 25% if the participants management makes following changes after the 10th of April 2010:

- announces intention to replace performance, date or location agreed with organizers earlier; - announces radical changes in the cast of the performance (except cases caused by illness or other important urgencies);

- modifies number of people who require accommodation;

- does not send promotional materials (posters, photos, press references, description of the performance).
