Independent Expert,Cultural Manager, Founder of the NGO - Agency for Support of Cultural Initiatives (Odessa, Ukraine)
• 25 years of general professional experience, with 15 years of experience in the implementation of international projects in the sphere of culture and art, dealing particularly with marketing, communication & in-formation, and event organisation
• 10 years as team member/leader of projects funded by international organisations, such as INTAS, ECF, IRF (Soros Foundation) and Pro Helvetia with duration superior to 36 months
• 5-year assignment as PR and Information manager in the cooperation project “The Centre for Applied Cul-tural Management” by elaborating & running cultural management training programmes, informational and publishing activities, consulting and culture-managing practice, including the creation of methodological and educational materials for training curricula as well as information and advertising materials
• Vast expertise in the management of international projects “Dance Academy”, “Forum of Novel Art”, “Coop-eration Platform” etc. addressing intercultural dialogue
• Comprehensive experience in the field of Cultural Management aligned to EU best practices (project design and management, writing applications, public relations and marketing campaigns, conception of special events etc.) with special reference to documentation, information and communication aspects
• Knowledge of the Ukrainian socio-economic context and capacity in dealing with governmental bodies and civil sector organisations;
• Outstanding experience in the design and implementation of information, communication and visibility strategies for dissemination purposes, event organisation in training needs assessment, organis-ing/delivering of trainings and other events, coaching and providing capacity building support
• Practice in Cultural Networking development in the region (assistance to Lviv Centre for Cultural Manage-ment in setting up the Ukrainian network of cultural centres within the Neighbourhood Program by ECF), EaP Culture Programme
• Broad experience with data collection, archiving, design of bulletins, setting up internet portals and main-taining websites
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, with proven capacity to successfully support counterparts in multi-cultural environments and in elaborating high quality reports & analytical documents respecting deadlines
