
Floris Langen is a PhD Candidate and Research Assistant at the Centre for Cultural Policy Research, University of Glasgow (Scotland, UK). He is currently working on EU Cultural Policy, looking specifically at the Culture Programme (2007-2013). He obtained an MA in Arts Policy and Management (KKB) and European cultural studies (Euroculture) at the University of Groningen (the Netherlands). Although his main interests lie with cultural policy (at both EU and national levels), he is also interested in e.g. constructions of identity and image, arts sociology and philosophy, and impact studies.
