In 2008 I entered the field of culture as ECF Program Officer Capacity Building for Ukraine, Moldova and Eastern EU neighbourhood. A totally new and exciting field to discover! I believe very much in connecting East and West Europe through culture. Culture is a very positive force for change because it is all about change, broadening experiences and connecting. Culture can connect people and show how to appreciate diversity by expressing it.
We focus on trainings that give practical managment tools that empower the cultural sector to come to its full potential and give direction to this change. Through capacity building we aim to create a strong european cultural network, a platform where all cultural actors can meet and create a vision for their common future.
