I was born on 19th of October 1967 in Bucharest, ROMANIA.
I paint sacred pictures because I have a strong believe in GOD. I want that my icons on wood to be a connection between Occidental and Oriental Christianity, because I think in Universal Christianity, SAINT TRINITY is the same for all Christians. It have published over 90 articles in magazines and newspapers from Romania , Greece and Italy, and more articles of art criticism made by Ana Dobjanschi, Costion Nicolescu, Vasile Borila, , Dragos Ciobanu, Paul Dudea, Roxana Pasculescu Oratie, Mihai Precup, Aurel Manea in ROMANIA, Iolanda Pietrobelli, Federico Bellini, Giuseppe Pilu, Elisabeta Caporali, Luigi Meneghini, Sveva Battifoglia in ITALY, presentation on TV about Claudiu Victor Gheorghiu’s creations. Author of over 1500 icons on wood, many of them present in museums and private art collections in Romania and abroad.
