First Step Association is an organisation created in 2009 from a group of youngs inspirated by the passingly heredity of albanian and world art. It’s activity conssists on inspirative and creative working of young artists. First Step Association works to create new possibilityes and chances for the promovation of young leaders,
artists and workers in the field of culture; to build up connection bridges through local artists and international, creating possibilityes of coperation and exhchanging of experiences; to bring new cultural methods reaching a multidimensional culture; to create an international network of young artists. The association organizes among others the First Step Film Festival.
