Ich leite seit 1996 in Marseille den deutsch-französischen Verein Passage & CO. In dessen Namen organsiere ich die Autorenbegegnung NORD-SÜD-PASSAGE (Nachdichtungswerkstätten in mehreren europäischen Ländern, Autorenlesungen, zweisprachiges Poesie-Jahrbuch), die Jugendbegegnungen und Erwachsenenweiterbildung FABRIKAMO (deutsch-französische Schreib- und Kreativwerkstätten, Bildungsseminare) und literarische Rundgänge und Kulturreisen in Südfrankreich.
