Jane Fear

With a background in museums and cultural heritage, Jane has worked mainly with a bias towards higher and further education and research into labour market and skills needs. For six years she was Head of Research and Education at Metier, and then with the Creative and Cultural Sector Skills Council. Most recently she has instigated and developed the Yorkshire Cultural Observatory which aims to be the main repository and driver of cultural information exchange in the Yorkshire and Humber area covering arts, museums, heritage, sport, tourism, film and media.
