Carlos Katastrofsky is an artist, based in Austria / Europe. Working primarily in the field of new media art, the areas of exploration include netart, interactive installations, software art and the possibilities of web- elements as cultural tools. He is co-founder of CONT3XT.NET, based in vienna.
The person behind the pseudonym Carlos Katastrofsky is Michael Kargl, born 1975 in Tyrol, Austria. He lives and works in vienna.
