In case you didn't know, the EU now has its own channel on You Tube. So, you can happily pass your day watching information films about security at airports and, added yesterday, the jingle created to 'illustrate audiovisual productions for the 50th anniversary of the Treaty of Rome' which I recommend for all your powerpoint needs.
Most videos attract about 1000 views or so but one recently has managed to attract 285,000 views. Of course, it uses the old advertising maxim that 'sex sells' - and all to advertise the work of the Media Programme. The video has caused a 'storm of protest' in some places but in most a great deal of appreciation.
It's nicely put together actually ... and far be it for me to be promoting erotica on Labforculture .. perhaps you should see it .. for research purposes only of course.
It's called 'Film Lovers Will Love This' and I think you should be able to find it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=koRlFnBlDH0
And you can look at the other exciting productions such as the jingle for the Treaty of Rome anniversary on EU tube at: http://www.youtube.com/user/eutube
