Cultural Policies in Administrative Cities - symposium in Brussels, 7th December!

The idea is to discuss current urban planning along with cultural policies management in administrative cities that host international organisations such as Brussels and Den Haag and the ways their cosmopolitan citizens’ new needs and practices might be contributing to changing the scenarios.

Is the Neo-Marxist stereotype of the "transnational capitalist class" (Sklair 2000) developing its own lifestyle in a closed and deterritorialised world sufficient to describe the current processes?
