Two year program, degree with thesis or project
The MA Program in Cultural Management is geared toward candidates who want to pursue a professional career in the cultural industry as well as toward those who aim to further their academic studies in this newly emerging field. The Programme offers a multi-disciplinary curriculum which
- critically analyses the structure and dynamics of the cultural industry in Turkey and around the world,
- evaluates the creation and transformation of cultural policies from a social, economic and political perspective,
- develops an analytical approach to culture, especially in relation to its role in urban development and the EU relations,
- analyzes the establishment and operation of creative economies in terms of entrepreneurship and development,
- works in close collaboration with both national and local leading public and private institutions that propose new and creative solutions to real cultural projects in the cultural sector.
