CIMPA wishes to establish a network of EU employers willing to offer a work placement exchange programme for ethnic minority professionals, administrators and managers early in their career.

We are seeking to engage the following types of employers:

- Museums.
- Theatre companies.
- Arts organisations.
- Dance companies.
- Galleries.
- Media & Design.
- Literature & Publishing.
- Music-making.
- Festival organisers.

Placements would be matched to a set of criteria and each partner would agree to host a work exchange placement for 6 -  8 weeks.

Once we have developed the network with enough partners, CIMPA will apply for funding to cover host partner costs, travel, accommodation and subsistence.
