The International Art Forum WithoutBorders is multicultural and multidimensional event, which includes different modules like: conference for a cultural policy, workshop for painters, workshop of photographers, exhibition , showcases, etc.
The event is organized by Industrial Association of Varna,Bulgaria and the international artistic network Scenderman.
