The annual Young Cultural Policy Researchers Forum gives early-career cultural policy researchers the chance to meet and discuss research issues, as well as to exchange with senior researchers and international policymakers (e.g. European Commission, Council of Europe, UNESCO). The 2009 Forum, held in Barcelona (October 21-23) focused on cross-cultural, qualitative approaches to cultural policy research.
