The Cultural Policy and Management Research Centre at the Istanbul Bilgi University launched the yearbook in October 2010, to coincide with the official opening of the centre.
Available in Turkish and English, the yearbook contains a keynote interview with Raymond Weber and two specialised dossiers with articles and reviews on cultural diversity, cities and cultural policy.
