The Freedom of Expression Foundation promotes aspects of Norwegian culture dealing with free speech; it provides awards, educational grants and support for special projects, based on applications or on its own initiative.
Its Arts and Culture programme makes special reference to support catalogues, initiatives for exchanging opinions, cross-cultural dialogue in connection with
artistic expressions and debate on cultural policy.
Although its activity is mainly focused on Norway, it also opens its support to international initiatives.
