A foundation that promotes and sponsors artistic, cultural and educational projects in the spirit of European integration, particularly projects that explore new ideas in arts, culture and education.
The foundation supports cooperative projects that involve partners from at least three countries. Focal points are countries in Central and South-Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean area.
