The annual Rave Research Award on Foreign Cultural Policy aims to highlight an outstanding thesis or dissertation in the field of foreign cultural research. The annual Rave scholarships are awarded to young curators, restorers, museum technicians and culture managers who live in a country in transition or a developing country. The scholarships aim to offer practical training in organising fine art exhibitions. The Rave Foundation is managed by the Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen.
