A 'mobility and arts work placement programme', created to facilitate collaborative partnerships and encourage a process of 'learning from practice' for arts and cultural practitioners from the European Union (EU) member states and the former Soviet Union. It is an initiative from KulturKontakt Austria, The Felix Meritis, The Red House Centre for Culture and Debate and the New Theatre Insitute of Latvia.
