Aims to strengthen and support the cultural environment in Africa and in the Caribbean through specific action and grant programmes and by encouraging cross-border cooperation.
The programme aims to expand cultural practice and access to international markets of Africa and the Caribbean. The idea is that they can benefit from the economic repercussions of the development of a cultural economy based on their rich cultural production.
It involves major events designed as professional platforms, regional cooperation projects, implementing proposals of individual artists through calls for projects and the development of promotional tools through digital formats.
