
An observatory that facilitates cooperation of individuals and organisations that support plurilingualism.
Created in Paris, it aims to bring together decision-makers, researchers and civil society to raise the profile of plurilingualism in political, economic and social agendas at the EU and national levels. The observatory is also responsible for collecting information, conducting studies and publishing on related themes such as minority languages and language education.
