A popular film festival for audiences, and an important meeting point for the Norwegian and international film industry. Started in 1990, it is one of the largest festivals in Norway. It screens challenging, quality films for a local, national and international audience. The festival runs during the dark polar nights, which gives it the unique possibility of screening films outdoors.
