A self-governing foundation aiming to achieve greater participation by ethnic minorities in Norwegian cultural life – both as performers, producers, administrators and not least as a participating audience in everyday cultural life. Includes cultural exchanges with countries where most ethnic minorities in Norway come from, as well as the showcasing of diverse art expressions in venues such as festivals to create common ground where the majority and the minority may meet on equal terms.
