A network supporting artists of all disciplines for whom the city is the site, the object and the subject of their creations.

This French-based organisation develops diverse initiatives, such as the discussion forum ViaEuropea.eu, as well as an artistic residency programme and the European network In-Situ. All of these initiatives stimulate creation in public urban places.
