A social centre that helps and supports individuals and groups in need, from the region of Shkodra and north Albania.
Supporting people with social services, materials, cultural and sport activities, it helps them to integrate in the social and economic community to which they belong. Target groups are: children, youth, people with disabilities, women and children at risk, and old people.
