INSEEcp aims to enable and strengthen the free flow of information between diverse regional scenes; to improve professional and technical skills by exchanging information and experiences; to promote quality cultural productions; and to encourage wider audiences. All members are multidisciplinary portals working in the arts and culture. They all have strong international connections and are engaged in developing civil society on a local and national level.
