Works towards the study and documentation of alternative and experimental forms of contemporary art, runs a multimedia laboratory and residence programme, and each year organises The Week of Contemporary Art in Plovdiv. Since 1997, the association has been campaigning to build a Centre for Contemporary Art in Plovdiv, and has finally won the right to locate this in the Ancient Roman Baths, rebuilt during the Turkish Empire, and a unique 16th century monument.
