A network of theatre festivals that aims to explore and develop theory and practice for the next generation of European festival directors and producers. Through large-scale projects, up-and-coming festival managers can work internationally, learn new curatorial skills and develop new, alternative artistic approaches to festivals.
The training programme FESTIVAL LAB allows festival directors and producers from across Europe to explore and showcase their ideas at pioneering festivals whilst receiving inspirational and hands-on support from experienced practitioners. With its unique mix of academy, workshops, residencies and a contemporary artistic programme, FESTIVAL LAB creates a European platform to experiment, reflect and learn.
