TransArtists is an independent resource that informs artists of any discipline about international artist-in-residence programmes and other opportunities, including other types of calls, ads and funding deadlines. It is one of the most comprehensive databases on the web for residential artist programmes.

It acts as the Netherlands coordinator of the European Pépinières programme for young artists as well as the platform (pool NL) for Dutch guests studios. TransArtists also hosts the Res Artis Secretariat.
