The first point of contact for organisations wishing to apply for funding under the EU framework programme for culture, CCPs are responsible for its promotion and for making sure that information flows smoothly between national cultural institutions in EU member states. Belgium's Flemish Region CCP is hosted by its Ministry for Culture, Youth, Sport and Media.
