A discussion platform following up the Cultural Forum organised by the EU Portuguese Presidency in 2007.
This forum intends to promote discussions and a permanent dialogue within civil society, particularly in the cultural sector, on the future of a cultural policy for Europe under the motto: "What should be the way ahead?"
