A flagship project of the European Festivals Association (EFA) within the framework of the 'European Year of Intercultural Dialogue 2008' .

Many European festivals joined forces to give higher visibility to the excellence of arts and culture for developing and promoting intercultural dialogue. This website displays their events programme and discussions.
